Robert Van Dyk's ePortfolio showcases a variety of academic and
professional accomplishments that I have completed during my college
career. My diverse background has helped him to develop a
broad set of core competencies. These core competencies -
technical abilities, interpersonal skills, analytical techniques,
leadership skills, and various process models - help me complete
any problem I encounter.
Take note of the way the ePortfolio is divided into different areas
of interest. The Robotics and Web Applications sections contain
key performances which helped me develop my technical
abilities. For the most part, the Robotics section
contains group projects which gave me a wealth of interpersonal
skills. Meanwhile, key performances in the Web Application section
demonstrate the development of how I have matured in terms of my
analytical techniques and use of process to solve problems. Finally, while
there is a special section devoted to leadership roles I have
held, let it be noted that during group projects I am typically a
organizational leader and help push groups ahead during times of
uncertainty.
The remaining sections - Dream Projects and Resume -
are more generalized.
Dream Projects has a listing of project Rob would love to work on, but
can't due to their inaccessability and/or his desire for stability.
Finally, the Resume section provides site perveyors, such as yourself,
with a current version of my resume.
